"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a pair of boots from flylondonshop.co.uk and honestly... I was impressed when they arrived. The leather feels really solid, not that thin or plasticky kind you sometimes get. The stitching looks tidy too, which is always something I notice. I’m taking one star off because the insole felt a bit hard at first, not uncomfortable exactly, just a little stiff. But overall, the material quality is better than I expected.

"Nice looking shoes, but not great for long days"
The shoes look really nice, and when I first put them on they felt okay. The size was mostly right, though maybe a little tight around the toes. After walking around in them for a few hours, they started rubbing a bit, which was annoying especially since I was already feeling mentally drained that day. They’re still wearable, but I expected them to feel a bit softer and more comfortable for longer wear

I ordered from Fly London and the shoes themselves were totally fine, no complaints there. They looked good and I was happy with them. The only thing is the shipping cost felt a bit much for what it was, and postage is always the thing that makes online orders way more expensive than you planned. Delivery was alright, not exactly quick, but not a disaster either. I’d probably buy again if they had cheaper postage or a free shipping option

I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed customer service thinking it might take a while to hear back. They replied the same day, which was a nice surprise. They were friendly, explained it clearly, and got it sorted without making it feel like a big deal. Really appreciated how quickly they handled it, and I’d happily order from Fly London again

"Fast delivery, but packaging could’ve been better"
I ordered from flylondonshop.co and the shoes arrived really quickly, I think within about 2 days. The tracking worked fine as well, so I always knew where the parcel was. I’m giving 4 stars because the box was a bit bashed when it turned up, i think companies should take a bit more care with customers’ orders, especially when people are paying good money. That said, the shoes were fine and the delivery speed was definitely a plus

"Refund was sorted faster than I expected"
I had to send back a pair because I’d ordered the wrong size, which is exactly the kind of thing I always seem to do when buying clothes online. I was expecting the refund to take a while, but it came through really quickly. No chasing, no awkward back and forth, just an email confirming it and the money was back in my account soon after. it made the whole return feel a lot less annoying. I’d definitely order again.

"Am I missing something with the durability?"
Am I missing something here, or did the soles wear out way faster than they should have? I liked them at first, but after not much use, the bottoms were already looking worn down. Kind of disappointing.

"Comfy once they soften up"
I bought a pair from flylondonshop.co.uk i’m happier with them than I thought I’d be. The arch support really surprised me in a good way, and I can wear them for most of the day without getting that tired, achy feeling in my feet, which is such a relief. They did feel a bit snug at first and needed some breaking in, so I was a little unsure at the start, but they’ve settled in nicely now. Taking off one star only because of the initial fit, but overall I feel good about the purchase.

"Cute, Bold, and a Little Bit of a Plot Twist"
Some of the designs are genuinely super cute and feel different from what you usually see, which I loved at first. But then came the dramatic reveal: a few pairs definitely looked better in the photos than they did in real life. They’re still fine if you’re into bold, statement shoes, but not every style was really my vibe.

"At Least the Return Was Painless"
I was already annoyed that I had to deal with a return in the first place, but I’ll give them credit where it’s due. The return process was actually easy, and the refund showed up quickly. Wish I hadn’t needed to return it, but at least they didn’t make the whole thing a hassle.

I got exactly what I ordered, the size and colour were spot on, and there were no mix-ups at all. Since it was my first time ordering from flylondonshop.co.uk, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but everything went really smoothly. "Got it fixed, but communication could’ve been clearer"
They fixed the issue without making a big fuss, which I appreciated. That said, the communication along the way was a bit unclear and kind of annoying. I wasn’t always sure what was happening or when it would be done, but in the end, they got it sorted.

"I ordered this thinking it would get here…"
I ordered this thinking it would get here on time, but it ended up arriving late. I can’t remember if it was supposed to come on Tuesday or Wednesday, but either way it showed up after the expected date. The tracking info barely updated the whole time, so I wasn’t really sure where it was until it finally arrived.

"Cute Shoes, Total Toe Squeeze"
I ordered my usual size and was so hopeful because they really do look nice, but wow, the front was a whole drama scene for my toes. They felt super tight across the front, so if your feet are even slightly on the wider side like mine, these might be a heartbreak waiting to happen

I ordered a pair of shoes from flylondonshop.co and, i thought they did a really good job. The shoes arrived in great condition, and the box was sturdy and not all dented or bashed up like I’ve had with some other retailers. The shoes were wrapped nicely inside too, with nothing loose or thrown around. It’s a small thing, but to be fair, when you’re paying for something new, it should arrive looking cared for. This order definitely did, and I’d be happy to buy from them again

"Tired of chasing them for updates"
I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on. The updates came way too late, and by that point I was already annoyed. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but having to constantly follow up is really frustrating.

I’ve ordered a few pairs from flylondonshop.co.uk now, and the sizing has been really consistent for me. I’m usually a size 6 and every pair has fit exactly the same, so I haven’t had to play the guessing game with each order. Just a heads up for anyone nervous about buying shoes online — at least in my experience, the sizes don’t seem to randomly change between styles. Delivery was fine too, but the main thing for me is not having to worry about whether the next pair will fit differently.

"Great deal on boots"
I picked up a pair of boots in the sale and paid less than I expected. I’d been comparing prices on a few different sites, and this one ended up being the best deal I found. The discount felt genuine, not one of those tiny reductions that barely makes a difference. Based on this order, I’d definitely check back again when they have another sale.
